One-Touch Technology
The Odea Giro will automatically grind the right amount of coffee, tamp, brew and dispense the used gounds into an internal dregdrawer, all at the touch of an icon.

Saeco Easy Clean System
The heart of the Odea Giro is the patented removable brew group. This device allows the machine to tamp, brew and dispense the coffee in one cycle. The brew group can be removed at the push of a button, for convenient rinsing and chemical free cleaning. This brew group is exclusive proprietary Saeco technology and one of the unique advantages that has made Saeco the world leader in automatic espresso machines.

Hot Water Dispenser & Rapid-Steam®Technology
The Odea features Saeco's patented Rapid-Steam® system! Turn the steam knob and have instant steam for cappuccinos or lattes. Other systems can have you waiting up to 45 seconds for the steam function to be ready but not with Rapid-Steam®; you'll have consistent steam for repeated drinks.

The special milk frothing tip delivers perfect foam every time for lattes or cappuccinos, even if you have never foamed milk before! The steam wand is located on the right front of the machine and it accommodates frothing pitchers up to 32 oz. If you need instant hot water for making tea, hot cocoa, or Americanos, the hot water feature is available at the press of a button.

Pump System
The Odea Giro features a powerful pump, rated at 15 bars. Authenic Italian coffee requires this steady pressure to produce a premium extraction.

Ceramic Disc Grinder
The ceramic grinder also provides an even grind, allowing perfect dosing and blending, giving you more control over the density and body of your coffee. Because ceramic is inert it will not absorb the flavor of the coffee overtime, it is much more durable and grinds considerably quieter.

Touch Lift Technology
The manual Touch Lift drip tray can easily be raised or lowered allowing different cup sizes. Espresso cups can easily be accommodated, it is also removable for easy cleaning. No matter what you are in the mood for, we can fit the cup that goes with it.

Built-in 50 Ounce Water Tank
The water reservoir can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it with the easy-grip handle and filling it at the kitchen tap. The reservoir is made of clear ABS plastic so checking the water level is a breeze.

Coffee Bean Storage Hopper
Keeping 6 ounces of coffee beans fresh and ready for grinding is the built in lidded coffee bean hopper.

Internal Dregdrawer
The internal dregdrawer is where the Odea Giro deposits the coffee after the brewing process, holding up to 14 spent coffee portions. Remove the dregdrawer, empty contents, rinse and replace the container into the machine, Once these steps are completed the machine is ready to brew again.

Cup Warming Surface
Stack several porcelain or ceramic cups on this large and convenient heating surface. The cup warming surface keeps your cups and espresso at an optimal temperature while enhancing the full flavors and aromas extracted from the bean. Removable Drip Tray
A single tray can be removed from the front of the machine containing the cup tray and drip pan. Made of durable ABS plastic, it cleans easily with soap and water. (Not dishwasher safe)

Sliding Wheel Base
Small wheels have been placed on the base of the machine to simplify general maintenance and cleaning. The entire machine will rotate with a light push for easy accessibility of all the components.

Cleaning & Maintenance of Components

In order to keep the inside of your machine healthy; your machine must be cleaned periodically. Scale buildup from naturally occurring minerals in your water can build up on sensitive components like the inside of the boiler, which left unchecked, can cause considerable damage to the machine. By descaling your machine every two-three months, your machine will last for many trouble-free years.

The machine will tell you when it's time to activate the self-clean system by when the light comes on. After adding our cleaner, just press the clean button. The machine will take it from there. Descaling and general cleaning is important even if you have a sophisticated water filter system, and especially if you use well water.

Used coffee grounds are collected in the internal dump box, which can hold up to 14 spent portions of coffee before it requires emptying. Wastewater left over from the rinsing cycles is stored in a removable drip tray. When the indicator lights illuminates, simply pull out the tray, empty and reinsert in seconds. All components such as the used grounds container, drip tray, and water tank can be hand washed with regular soap and water.
