Returns and Exchanges
You may return for credit at any time merchandise, which you are not completely satisfied with. Please call Customer Service at our toll free # 1 888 90 COFFEE and we will issue a return authorization number. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Returns sent back without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

What is the return policy for Canadian orders?
We accept Website purchase returns by mail only. You will be credited for the product value, less return handling fees for Customs.
