Payment We accept most major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER and payment made thru PAYPAL. We also accept Bankers and Certified checks, drawn on a US bank and made out to Selecto Brands. Personal checks, company checks, P.O.'s, C.O.D.'s and cash cannot be accepted. Once an order is placed and shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to accept it. If the customer refuses an ordered item, they will be liable for all shipping charges incurred by Selecto Brands. Returns Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are uncertain about any machine prior to placing an order please make sure to give us a call and we will be happy to assist in your selection. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a 30 - day period from date of invoice. The item must have all parts, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and any other paper work that came with the machine, and returned in it's original box with original packing material and all original documents. You must have your receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We encourage our customers to insure the item prior to shipping it back to Selecto Brands. Customer is responsible for transit damages. Some items are subject to restocking fees. If any returned item is lost or damaged in transit we cannot be responsible for it. The customer would have to file a claim with the shipper. Selecto Brands will inspect all returned items if an item is not in "like new" condition a full credit cannot be issued. Please call Selecto Brands at 888 90 COFFEE (26333). Only returns with a Return Authorization Number will be accepted. Returns must be authorized by Selecto Brands, because the refund is issued by Selecto Brands. If customer elects to return merchandise without RA to a manufacturer, Selecto Brands reserves the right to withhold full or partial refund. Machines being returned without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender at sender's expense, regardless if they are returned to Selecto Brands or directly to a manufacturer. If an item is returned without being properly packed and arrives damaged, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for all costs, to include shipping and the value of the merchandise. Specials and Free Merchandise Offers If a customer purchases a Special Offer that includes certain free items with the purchase of a certain other item and then later decides to return the main item of the Special Offer, he/she can then elect 2 of the following choices: a) Return the free items, that were part of the Special Offer or b) keep the items and accept a charge to cover the free items at regular prices, as if they were purchased individually. If customer makes no election, Selecto Brands will charge for the free items at the time the refund for the returned main item is issued. Damaged or Defective Merchandise If you receive your order and the merchandise arrived damaged, please report it to Selecto Brands immediately or within 5 working days from date received. We will make arrangements for the shipping company to inspect the package and make a determination. If the package was in fact damaged in transit we will have the damaged machine returned and send you a replacement. If your machine becomes defective during regular use, it becomes subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We encourage you to register your product upon receipt with the manufacturer, and retain a copy along with the manufacturer's warranty instructions. New Merchandise Problems If you believe your machine is not functioning properly, please contact us immediately for technical support 888-90 COFFEE or within 3 business days from receipt date, so that we can determine and correct the problem. Cancelling an Order Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please call and e-mail us immediately if you decide to cancel your order. Selecto Brands will issue a credit if the item has not yet shipped. However if the item has shipped, you will be responsible for all of the return shipping costs in addition to a restocking fee. When returning a cancelled order, we encourage you to use DHL, FEDEX or UPS in the interest of tracking the items return. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, the customer will be charged for the item. Therefore we recommend that you purchase insurance prior to shipping the item back to us, so that you can file a claim with the shipper if the item is lost or damaged in transit. For items that are cancelled after they are shipped, your account will be credited once we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.
